Waterside Training is recognised as one of the foremost industrial training companies in the North West. There were a number of key issues geared around a brand which had gone a little stale and suffered from the lack of a proactive approach to marketing.
A clear distinction was also made between industrial customer groups and apprentice stakeholder groups. A complete brand audit was undertaken before coming up with new design options and this process was followed by the development of a new website, company stationery and a technical training course prospectus. This was then followed by a predetermined programme of ongoing activity including email marketing as well as further brochures, flyers, PR & advertising campaigns. Social media also played a major part in raising brand awareness for Waterside as one of the key stakeholder groups is students and apprentices.
