Brief

Established over 40 years ago QPSL is a leading manufacturer of specialist building products under the Quantum, Dacatie, Q-Wood and Q Lean Solutions brand names. The company is also setting new standards in the integration of lean manufacturing processes.

Although QPSL is amongst the market leaders in each of its key product areas, there was an inconsistency in terms of branding, a disjointed overall approach to marketing and a severe lack of involvement in the crucial specification market.

Solution

Tetra Marketing produced a comprehensive marketing plan and brand audit which was instrumental in establishing an ongoing programme of activities on which the five key brands could be promoted within the construction sector. We have subsequently undertaken the development of a bespoke website with interactive search capabilities for all products, complex and technically focused product specification catalogues, email marketing, advertising & PR campaigns, new product launch campaigns as well as a range of other literature and support material.
