Brief

Casserly Property Management was set up in April 2011 as a new division of established housebuilder Castle Homes – the new business unit provides a full range of property management services across a variety of sectors including Residential, Commercial & Education.

The key challenges of the launch of this new division were to quickly establish a brand presence in the three target markets through a sustained and structured programme of marketing activity.

Solution

Tetra Marketing wrote a bespoke marketing strategy for the company and then implemented a number of activities including the development of a brand, website, brochure, flyers and email marketing all within a demanding one month deadline. All elements were produced and released on time and these materials are now being followed up with comprehensive promotional campaigns to help establish the brand within a tightly defined geographic area.
